If you need special delivery date requirements met- Please feel free to reach out to our sales team to ensure we can accommodate you.

Chassis Unlimited ships UPS ground, or YRC Freight depending on the product ordered. If you have ordered a front and rear bumper set, or rear bumper- chances are it will ship freight on a pallet to ensure the products make it to you damage free. You will be contacted for a freight arrangement if that is needed for delivery address of freight. Freight Shipments CANNOT be delivered to a residential address and can be shipped to a freight terminal near your house for pick up if a commercial address is not available. Chassis Unlimited will call to arrange this prior to shipment.

During our peak season and high demand months, Many of Chassis Unlimited 's Products are built to order.

After an order is placed it is typically put into our production within 24 hours. This means the product is being built out in our manufacturing facility specifically for you. If you need special delivery date requirements met- Please feel free to reach out to our sales team to ensure we can accommodate you.

All Cancelled orders are subject to 20% Cancellation fee once the product is in production stage.

We do typically work in the order received during our peak seasons. Please contact Chassis Unlimited to request cancellation. Order Status can be obtained by contacting Chassis Unlimited Via email or Phone.

Chassis Unlimited takes extreme pride in providing quality USA made truck products. All our processes from design to manufacturing are completed in our own facility to ensure the highest quality standards.
All Products manufactured by Chassis Unlimited carry a 1-Year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and imperfections. Finish and Powdercoat is NOT covered during this 1 Year limited warranty, See below for Finish warranties.

Chassis Unlimited warrants only parts and components that we manufacture to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle in which the products were originally installed. Warranties are non-transferrable. There is no warranty on any manufactured parts or components if they have been modified from their original design in any way. Copies of the original purchase receipt may be required to warrant any items. Chassis Unlimited’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part at Chassis Unlimited’s discretion. Components requiring warranty by outside suppliers may be subject to returning the item for inspection by the vendor. Each vendor’s warranty policy applies to these items. This warranty does not include reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from Chassis Unlimited and Does Not include any costs incurred during down time of the vehicle or any other consequential losses including labor or time involved.

POWDERCOAT/FINISH WARRANTY:
All Products manufactured by Chassis Unlimited are 3-Stage Finished in our powder coating line, with Premium Cardinal BK-176 Texture/Wrinkle Finish Powdercoat. We take extreme detail to make sure each product is properly powder coated & Cured for a durable finish that looks amazing. As with any Powdercoat/paint- this product is not indestructible. Powdercoat can still scratch/chip/fade/rust if improperly cared for. Rock chips, road Salt, natural elements, and oxidation can rapidly reduce the lifetime of any finish, We strongly recommend taking care and washing your truck products to ensure finish longevity. Typical lifetime of Powdercoat when properly cared for is around 5 years before starting to see fading or signs of wear.

All powder coating has a 30-day warranty from Chassis Unlimited covering defects in application or workmanship. This does NOT include damage received during shipping/transit/or installation. This warranty does not include reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from Chassis Unlimited and Does Not include any costs incurred during down time of the vehicle or any other consequential losses including labor or time involved.

Our products are manufactured from USA 3/16” Steel Plate (.188”) to ensure a heavy-duty product that will take the abuse from off-road use. We design our products for actual use and test each product to ensure that it meets our high-quality standards.

The recovery points on our bumpers are rated for 10,000 LBS Pull Rating and are CNC machined from 1” Solid steel. These Recovery points are Double pass welded into the bumper with re-enforced steel directly to your vehicles frame and mounting points.

Chassis Unlimited stocks MANY of our products for quick turnaround and is constantly building/refreshing inventory. During peak months commonly ordered products are built in large batches and sometimes can take time to get through our powder coat & shipping department. We typically are processing hundreds of orders at any given time-
